Delete Your Account

We're sorry to see you go. Here's how to delete your Readmigo account and data.

This action is permanent

Deleting your account will permanently remove all your data, including reading progress, vocabulary lists, and saved books. This cannot be undone.

1 Delete from the App (Recommended)

  1. 1 Open the Readmigo app on your device
  2. 2 Go to Settings (tap the gear icon)
  3. 3 Tap Account
  4. 4 Scroll down and tap Delete Account
  5. 5 Confirm your decision by tapping Delete

2 Request Deletion via Email

If you cannot access the app, you can request account deletion by email:

  1. 1 Send an email to support@readmigo.app
  2. 2 Use subject line: "Account Deletion Request"
  3. 3 Include the email address associated with your account

We will process your request within 5 business days and send you a confirmation email.

What Gets Deleted

  • Your account and profile information
  • Reading progress and bookmarks
  • Vocabulary lists and learning progress
  • Saved books and library
  • Postcards, comments, and social content
  • AI interaction history

Important: Cancel Your Subscription First

Deleting your account does not automatically cancel your subscription. To avoid future charges, please cancel your subscription before deleting your account:

iPhone (App Store)

  1. Open Settings
  2. Tap your Apple ID
  3. Tap Subscriptions
  4. Select Readmigo and cancel

Android (Google Play)

  1. Open Google Play
  2. Tap Menu > Subscriptions
  3. Select Readmigo and cancel
