How do I create an account?
You can create an account using Sign in with Apple, Google Sign In, or email registration. Simply open the app and tap "Get Started" to begin.
How do I delete my account?
Go to Settings → Account → Delete Account. You can also request deletion by emailing support@readmigo.app. Learn more →
How do I cancel my subscription?
On iPhone:
- Open Settings app
- Tap your Apple ID at the top
- Tap Subscriptions
- Find Readmigo and tap Cancel
On Android:
- Open Google Play Store
- Tap Menu → Subscriptions
- Find Readmigo and tap Cancel
How do I restore my purchase?
Go to Settings → Restore Purchases in the app. Make sure you're signed in with the same Apple ID or Google account used for the original purchase.
Is there a limit on AI features?
Free users have 10 AI interactions per day. Premium subscribers have unlimited AI access including word explanations, sentence simplification, and translations.
Does Readmigo work offline?
Downloaded books can be read offline. However, AI features (word explanations, translations, etc.) require an internet connection.
How accurate are the AI translations?
Our AI provides high-quality translations, but they are intended for educational purposes. For critical translations, we recommend consulting professional services.
How do I sync my reading progress?
Reading progress syncs automatically when you're signed in. Make sure you're using the same account on all devices.
Can I import my own books?
Yes! You can import EPUB files from your device. Go to Library → Import and select your EPUB file. AI features work with imported books too.
